Parking Lot #4 is closest to the Health Science/Tech Ed 3 Building 
Parking Lot #9 is closest to the Humanities Lecture Hall 131
Temporary Parking Permits ($2) can be purchased in Lot #1,
Lot #4 and Lot 9
